Real Estate Staging Consultation:
It is so important to use a professional stager when preparing your home for sale. When you decide to place your property on the market, you are making a decision to change your home into a commodity. What does that mean to a home owner and, more importantly, what does that mean to selling the house?
When living in your home, your home should be nurturing and filled with personal and positive energy. With Feng Shui you want the energy to help move you towards your goals.
When listing your home for sale, it needs to be de-personalized and cleared of the happy or not so happy memories. When a potential buyer enters your home, within the first 10 seconds they get a 'feeling' about the space. That 'feeling' is Feng Shui. It's important that you understand with Feng Shui, it's not so much about making the space look aesthetically pleasing or perfectly designed as it is to make the space 'feel' good. Every happy moment and every not so happy moment experienced in the house is energy...this energy remains in the space... until a formal Feng Shui space clearing is performed.
When a potential buyer walks in the home, if the energy in the house 'feels' good, they can usually look past decor items or other issues in the home. They just know that it 'feels' good!

Home Consultation:
A home consultation typically takes 2 hours or more depending on the size of the property. Christine educates the client on the process she will be using to assess the energy within the home but also discusses their goals and dreams. It is important to Christine in her feng shui process to discuss the goals the client wants to achieve, health issues of the family and identify if there are any old energy patterns that may be blocking the energy. Christine will walk the entire home with the client, discussing their goals, the feeling in each room, what the home décor symbolizes and then provides fabulous recommendations to enhance the energy, which will help the client achieve their goals. Christine will perform a space clearing to the property if agreed that it would be beneficial.

Business Consultation:
Christine educates the client on the process she will be using to assess the energy within the business but also discusses their business goals and dreams. It is important to Christine in her feng shui process to discuss the goals the client wants to achieve, business issues and challenges and identify if there are any old energy patterns that may be blocking the energy. Christine will walk the entire property with the client, discussing their goals, the use of each room, the relationship among employees in the space, who is in the command position of the business, what the décor symbolizes and then provide fabulous recommendations to enhance the energy, which will help the business client achieve their goals. Landscape Consultation:
Adding water and wind elements to your landscape not only make them more beautiful, they actually help attract positive energy to your home, and can counteract negative energy that may be present within the neighborhood.
Long Distance Consultation (phone or travel:
A long distant consultation typically, if performed over the phone will be broken into three or four 45 minute sessions, depending on the size of the property. Christine educates the client on the process she will be using to assess the energy within the home but also discusses their goals and dreams. The client will be asked to send digital pictures to Christine with a copy of their floor plan. It is important to Christine in her feng shui process to discuss the goals the client wants to achieve, health issues of the family and identify if there are any old energy patterns that may be blocking the energy. Christine will take a virtual walk of the entire home using the pictures sent to her with the client, discussing their goals, the feeling in each room, what the home décor symbolizes and then provides fabulous recommendations to enhance the energy, which will help the client achieve their goals.
